I am a visual explorer, constantly cycling through discovery, reflection, simplification, and realization. My work is immediate and gestural, driven by texture, pattern, printmaking techniques, line, and color. I use these elements to create pieces that resonate with emotion and energy. Mixed media helps to define my process, with subjects ranging from pure abstraction and landscapes to still lifes and imagined portraits.

After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Michigan University in graphic design and photography, I built a successful career in visual communications. Now, I focus on fine art and music, embracing the creative freedom that is personally liberating.
